  • Liaison between major stakeholders, owners, investors HOA boards, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Procurement, bid management, contract negotiation and expert contract interpretation administration
  • Budget development, oversight, and cost control
  • Timeline and construction sequencing management
  • Review of pay applications and change order negotiations
  • Regulatory compliance with Florida State Mandates, inspections, SB-4D, and reserve statutes
  • Third-party inspections and special assessment coordination
  • Site safety, quality control, and punch list execution
  • Investor presentations, owner/stakeholder updates, and transparent communication
  • Implementation of digital software tools for project tracking and reporting
