Oversaw every aspect of development from site acquisition and entitlement through financing, construction management, and asset strategy. He has literally built his career from the ground up.

His journey began at GE Power Generating as a project engineer and in managerial roles, eventually evolving into entrepreneurship—leading a network of construction, mechanical, and electrical companies across multiple cities, overseeing teams of 550+ employees, and delivering projects ranging from $50,000 to over $400 million.
